Tiffany Athena Ghicas began her career in Estate Planning after experiencing what the ramifications of poor estate planning could do to a family, her own. She was so inspired by her family’s attorney that her interests quicky diverged from entering the field of entertainment law to estate planning and elder law.

Tiffany strives to make clients feel comfortable to discuss their current situation, aspirations and ultimate goals to create a plan that is tailored to their individual needs. Coming from a Greek background, family is extremely important to Tiffany. Therefore, she treats her clients as if they are her own. Tiffany enjoys that upon creating the plan, clients feel empowered that they are passing on a legacy to their loved ones that is far beyond a monetary value.

As part of her practice in Probate and Estate Administration, Tiffany’s goal is to make a decedent’s family feel supported throughout the entire proceeding and ensure the process as smooth as possible.

Recently, Tiffany represented nursing homes and family members in Article 81 proceedings for incapacitated adults throughout the New York City boroughs and Long Island.

Tiffany was admitted to practice law in 2017. Prior to finding her passion in estate planning and elder law, Tiffany worked in the entertainment industry running music seminars and briefly managing up and coming music artists.

Tiffany is of-counsel to Schneider, Garrastegui and Fedele, PC., in Melville, York, for all Elder Law, Medicaid and Real Estate needs.

Tiffany is a member of the American Bar Association, New York State Bar Association, Nassau County Bar Association and Hellenic Lawyers Association.
