Michael Fedele is a Managing Member at the law firm of Schneider, Garrastegui & Fedele PLLC. He focuses his core practice on guardianships; Medicaid applications and Medicaid lien negotiations; Probate and Estate proceedings; Wills; Trusts; Estates; and representing real estate sellers and purchasers with emphasis on executors, administrators, and trustees. Michael has developed a reputation for being fighter for his clients’ rights and positions.

Due to Michael’s vast experience in the residential construction industry, as part of his extended practice, Michael has developed a contingent of clients that included custom home builders, contractors, materialman’s, and private lenders. He routinely represents numerous contractors and materialman’s in disputes over contracts and payments. Additionally, he has represented these parties in the negotiation and closing of private lending transactions throughout Long Island.

Mr. Fedele is certified pursuant to Part 36 of the Rules of the Chief Judge as a court evaluator, attorney for the alleged incapacitated person, and guardian ad litem (Surrogate’s Court). Mr. Fedele has been appointed by Order of the Honorable Randall T. Eng, Presiding Justice of the Appellate Division, Second Department, as a Court Examiner in and for Suffolk County. Moreover, he is certified as an arbitrator pursuant to Part 137 of the Rules of the Chief Administrative Judge, Nassau County.
